Sarah Lee has worked in and alongside the travel industry for 15 years, developing a range of creative marketing campaigns and conferences, with her company, Captivate. She is also a journalist, award-winning travel blogger, and author of fiction, with her Windrush Generation novel, An Ocean Apart (Pan Macmillan), and non-fiction titles. Over a 25-year media career, she delivered inspired content for regional and national newspapers, women’s magazines, consumer travel and B2B titles, before creating LiveShareTravel, a blog dedicated to affordable luxury travel and authentic experiences. This spawned a guidebook, The Luxury Traveler’s Handbook in 2012, part of a series of a semi-narrative/guide books on various travel niches. A life-long Prince fan, Sarah has explored his work from London to Minneapolis and beyond, to gain a greater insight into him as an artist, activist, philanthropist, and icon. She also contributed to a book of fan stories, Prince: The Day I Was There, published in 2020. Additionally, Sarah is a photographer and videographer with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
